Old school beach holidays are back when you stay at Bay Lyf.

This original beach house has been stylishly renovated inside with bright and contemporary decor. The air-conditioned open plan living area features a comfortable lounge suite, large dining table and fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop and oven, microwave, a double door fridge and dishwasher. A cosy second living room, with seating and a TV, is located at the rear of the home.

There are 4 bedrooms and the home can sleep up to 12 people - 8 adults and 4 children.

• Bedroom 2 - one queen bed
• Bedroom 3 - one queen bed
• Bedroom 4 - two tri-bunks (each bunk sleeps 3)

Note: if required, bedroom 4 can be closed off during your stay, reducing the maximum number of guests to 6 and also reducing the cost of your stay.

The main bathroom has a vanity unit and a shower over a bath. The second bathroom is combined with the laundry and has a shower, wash basin and separate toilet.

All linen, towels and toiletries are provided.

The huge backyard is the perfect spot to enjoy the best of outdoor living. There is a sheltered BBQ nook with an outdoor sink, plenty of seating, a fire pit, large mural and retro lighting.

Walk across the road and enjoy a stroll along the Bay Trail in either direction to Rye or Rosebud. Just a few steps through the shady foreshore is the white sandy beach where you can swim safely or just relax in the sun.
