The largest of this home's three living areas has picture windows which look out onto the garden and covered outdoor area. There are comfortable couches, a wall mounted Smart TV and wood heater. This space flows into a fully equipped chef's kitchen that includes a dishwasher and coffee machine, a dining area and a second living area with a gas log fire. Folding glass doors open onto an outdoor entertaining area that is perfectly positioned to take advantage of the sun, complete with a built-in BBQ and dining table. A third living area is located at the far end of the home and is ideal as a theatre room with couches in front of a large TV and sound bar.

Ducted heating and air-conditioning provide year round comfort.
