Capri House is a fresh and bright holiday home, located behind the sand dunes at St Andrews Beach and surrounded by a relaxing mature garden. Perfect for families or a small group, this home near the ocean will be sure to impress.

The large open plan kitchen and dining area of this home has vaulted ceilings, pendant lights and split-system air-conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large 900mm oven and stove, microwave, sandwich press, DeLonghi coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher, walk-in pantry and ample bench space. The dining table seats 8 and overlooks the outdoor deck. Glass bi-fold doors open this entire space to the outdoors and onto a large deck which is surrounded by trees and shrubs on two sides and a timber screen on the third side. The deck has a large outdoor lounge with a timber coffee table and Weber BBQ. Steps lead from the deck to the rear of the home where there is an outdoor shower.

Next to the dining area is a cosy lounge room with a log fire and large wall mounted TV with Telstra TV, providing access to catch-up TV or your Stan or Netflix accounts. There is also an Xbox 360, Sonos wireless speaker and several board games are provided. Glass bi-fold doors open from the lounge directly onto the outdoor entertaining deck.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people comfortably.

If required, the double sofa bed in the lounge can be used instead of the bunks to make the home more suitable for three couples.

There are two bathrooms. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower with a vanity unit and there is a separate toilet with a hand basin. The ensuite to the master bedroom has a shower and toilet.

All linen, towels and toiletries are provided.

There is a full laundry with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The carport provides covered parking for two vehicles, with additional space available on the driveway.

Capri House is just 600 metres (8 minutes walk) from Rye Ocean Beach which is perfect for surfing, fishing and walking through the coastal Mornington Peninsula National Park. For a safe swimming beach, head to Rye's bay beach which is 5 kilometres away.

Golfing enthusiasts will be spoiled for choice at the number of golf courses which are located in this area of the Mornington Peninsula, including The Dunes Golf Links and St Andrews Beach Golf Course which are both close by. Lovers of wine can explore nearby Red Hill which is home to over 60 wineries and several gourmet food producers. Other nearby attractions include Peninsula Hot Springs, Arthurs Seat Eagle, Enchanted Adventure Garden and several horseriding ranches. Charming Sorrento, with its antique shops, galleries, restaurants and cafes is less than 15 minutes drive away.
