The fully equipped kitchen features modern farmhouse cabinetry with gold accents, a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, dishwasher and a double door fridge with water and ice dispenser.

The highlight of this property is the extensive outdoor living areas. At the front of the home is a deck complete with an outdoor setting and hanging egg chair. This overlooks the front garden which is fully fenced and secure behind remote controlled electric gates. At the rear of the property is a huge 6 by 8½ metre north facing entertaining deck with a dining table and outdoor lounge chairs. Beside the deck is a fire pit and surrounding seating. The fully landscaped backyard has a large area of lawn, a trampoline and basketball hoop.

Currawong is located approximately one kilometre from the pristine sandy bay beach at Tyrone Foreshore Reserve which is perfect for all types of water activities or just splashing around. Heading in the other direction, it is about a 20 minute stroll to the coastal walking tracks through the Mornington Peninsula National Park and along the cliff-tops of the rugged ocean beaches.

Take a 2 minute drive into Blairgowrie village where there is a small supermarket and several cafes. Otherwise a 4 minute drive will take you into the centre of Rye for more extensive shopping and dining options. Many of the Mornington Peninsula's attractions, including championship golf courses, wineries and Peninsula Hot Springs are just a short drive away.
