Happy Valley is a modern weatherboard holiday home with a relaxed and intimate feel.

At the front of this home is an air-conditioned open plan living area, decorated in tones reminiscent of driftwood, sand and fresh air. There is an L-shaped lounge suite, 55 inch Smart TV with Netflix and a 6 seat round dining table. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a Breville Nespresso coffee machine.

This home has 3 bedrooms all with ceiling fans. It sleeps up to 6 people.

The family bathroom has a bath and shower. The bathroom also includes laundry facilities with a separate sink and a combined washing machine and dryer.

Glass bi-fold doors open from the dining area onto an outdoor deck. There are deck chairs, a timber table and a gas BBQ. The deck overlooks a garden with plenty of lawn, an in-ground trampoline and sandpit.

Happy Valley is located 15 minutes walk from the beach and 1½ kilometres from the centre of Rye where there is a major supermarket, shops and eateries.
