Highview is a contemporary timber clad beach house that is perched high on a hill, surrounded by a large native garden.

The living area of this beautiful home consists of a large light-filled lounge with gorgeous timber floors, a 45 inch TV with Netflix, a gas log fire and air-conditioning. The kitchen and dining area have high ceilings which flood the space with light. The dining table can seat up to 8 people and the fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with everything needed, including a coffee machine.

Children are well catered for with a separate entertainment area that includes a 45 inch TV, surround sound system and Blu-ray player. There is also a separate games room at the bottom of the garden which has a table tennis table.

This 3 bedroom home can sleep up to 7 people.

• Bedroom 1 - queen bed, walk-in robe, ensuite, sliding doors opening onto the deck
• Bedroom 2 - queen bed, lovely outlook onto the trees
• Bedroom 3 - two single beds, trundle bed, private outlook of the front garden.

There are two bathrooms. The main bathroom has a bath tub and an oversized shower with a luxurious rainfall shower head. There is a powder room with a toilet and basin located in the next room. The ensuite has a large shower and a separate toilet.

All linen, towels and toiletries are provided.

Sliding doors from the lounge open onto a beautiful timber deck that is partly covered and offers an alluring view of the surrounding area. There are two Acapulco chairs, an outdoor table, gas BBQ, Weber and gas heater.

The large backyard has a paved terrace with a fire pit. Stepping stones lead down the hill through the native bush garden. In the private front yard is an outdoor shower - perfect for washing the sand away after a day at the beach.

Highview is located in a quiet area of Tootgarook, 3 kilometres from the bay beach and 4 kilometres from the centre of Rye. Within a short drive is Rye ocean beach, several popular golf courses and and Peninsula Hot Springs.

Highview is perfect for couples, a family or a group of friends looking for a secluded escape away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
