Kanasta Caravan Park

Kanasta Caravan Park is a small boutique caravan park, located in a quiet court that is within walking distance to the beach.

Accommodation consists of self-contained cabins and retro glamping caravans.

The studio cabins are of an open plan design and can sleep up to 4 people with one double bed and one bunk bed. The glamping studio cabin is of a similar design, but uniquely decorated in a retro decor. The standard 2 bedroom cabins have a double bed in one room and two sets of bunks in a second rooms, sleeping up to 6 people. The luxury 2 bedroom cabins are more modern and spacious, with a queen bed in the main bedroom and either two sets of bunks or a double bed with a fold down bunk bed in the second bedroom. All cabins are well-equipped and include a lounge suite, dining table, cooking facilities, TV, DVD player, air-conditioning and an outside deck with seating and a BBQ.

The glamping caravans offer unique accommodation based on a fleet of renovated 1950s caravans, each individually styled and decorated with retro furniture. Choose from either the cosy stand-alone 2 person caravans or caravans with an annex, providing more spacious accommodation for up to 4 people. All caravans have comfortable seating, luxury bedding, a TV, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities and a split-system air-conditioner. Some caravans also have an electric stove top. Guests are welcome to borrow an electric frying pan if required. Bathroom facilities are available in the nearby amenities block.

Guest facilities at Kanasta Caravan Park include a covered BBQ area, outdoor picnic tables, childrens playground, beach volleyball court, paved roads for bikes and scooters, and remote controlled entrance gate. There is a communal games room which has two pool tables, a table tennis table, arcade games, pinball machine, jukebox, TV, DVD library and mini basketball hoop.

The park is located 650 metres from Rye's main shops and the safe bay beach. Peninsula Hot Springs is 6½ kilometres away.
