Located high on the hill in Rye, L'Ciabot Seaview Tranquility is a beach home that offers panoramic views of Port Phillip Bay and beyond.

The stunning living area of this home is of an open plan design with reverse-cycle heating and cooling providing year round comfort.

The lounge has two King Furniture couches and a chaise lounge with comfortable cushions in front of a large TV. An extendable timber table in the dining area can seat up to 12 people. The lovely kitchen features timber and stone bench-tops and includes a large cooktop and oven, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker (some pods are supplied), rice cooker, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. Pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware are supplied as well as cooking basics such as condiments and oil.

A large glass sliding door opens out from the living area onto the expansive front outdoor balcony. This is the perfect relaxing or entertaining space, offering views across the tree tops towards the bay. Gaze towards the water and on a clear day Melbourne's city skyline is visible in the distance.

This home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people. All beds have quality new sprung mattresses.

Freshly laundered bed linen, mattress protectors and pillows plus bath towels are supplied for each guest.

The family bathroom is fully tiled and includes a huge walk-in shower and a gorgeous timber double vanity unit.

The combined second bathroom and laundry has a shower, toilet and washing machine. All cleaning and washing products are supplied.

There is central gas ducted heating in the open plan living area as well as to all the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Quality contemporary fittings have been used throughout the home to evoke a modern beach feel. It is kept meticulously clean and always maintained to the highest standard.

L'Ciabot Seaview Tranquility is set on a huge 1400 m² tea treed block. There is lots of space for kids to play and shady areas for relaxing. Note the block is not fully fenced, so please take this into consideration.

Walk 10 minutes to the shops, cafes and restaurants in Rye, then through the wide foreshore to the beautiful sandy beach which is safe for swimming.

A $300 cleaning fee applies to all stays.
