Moonah Escape is a hidden gem with its own private pool, nestled in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula.

This two storey holiday home is a tranquil oasis that offers a unique blend of privacy and proximity to the beach.

The upper level features a huge open plan living area which is drenched in natural light. There is a Coonara wood heater, air-conditioner, comfortable lounge suite, a large Smart TV with Netflix and Foxtel, and a dining table that seats 8 people. The fully equipped modern kitchen has an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge with ice dispenser and dishwasher.

From the upstairs living area, glass doors open onto a large covered balcony which has a gas BBQ and dining setting. Enjoy panoramic views that stretch above the tree tops and across the lush surroundings.

Downstairs is a second air-conditioned living area with two distinct sitting areas, a study nook with a work desk, Smart TV with Netflix and Foxtel, and a selection of board games. There is a laundry with a front loading washing machine and clothes dryer.

A sliding glass door leads out onto the lower covered deck which overlooks a sparkling swimming pool which is heated from November to April. There are outdoor lounge settings, relaxing sun loungers and also an outdoor shower.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

The home is situated on a serene 1300 m² allotment and surrounded by landscaped native gardens. There is a fire pit, plenty of seating and a vegetable garden which guests are welcome to source ingredients from when preparing meals. The home is secure behind remote control gates with plenty of room to park cars and boats. Please note that the driveway is quite steep.

Moonah Escape is located within a quiet residential area of Tootgarook, just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Rye where you will find restaurants, cafes, a major supermarket and other shops. Alternatively head 6 minutes in the other direction along the coast to the larger centre of Rosebud.

For those wishing to experience the therapeutic benefits of natural hot spring bathing, both Peninsula Hot Springs and Alba Thermal Springs are less than a 4 minute drive from Moonah Escape. Also within a short drive are a number of acclaimed golf courses, St Andrews Beach Brewery, the bay beach and several ocean surf beaches.
