Sandy Shores is a stunning and immaculately presented home, nestled into the sandy dunes of Rye's ocean beach.

This high end beach house offers plenty of space for families looking for a Mornington Peninsula getaway. It is spread across three levels with a series of steps leading up to the front entrance.

The interior of this home is beautifully decorated with a Mediterranean feel and a coastal style together with Australian beech flooring and high ceilings.

There are two living area which both have air-conditioning and ducted heating. The main lounge on the upper level has a large round sofa, gas log fire and a Samsung Frame TV with a soundbar and complimentary Foxtel. Walk through to the dining room which has a 2.7 metre table that can seat 10 people. The gourmet kitchen and adjoining butler's pantry includes a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge. On the lower ground level is a second lounge with a 3 seat sofa, another 65 inch Samsung Frame TV and a billiard table.

This home is suitable for extended family groups. It has 6 bedrooms and can sleep up to 14 people, consisting of a maximum of 10 adults plus additional children. All bedrooms have commercial mattresses, DC ceiling fans and split-system air-conditioning for year round comfort.

This home has several outdoor living areas from where you can hear the waves breaking at night and smell the invigorating sea air, emphasising this home's proximity to the ocean.

The large front deck catches the sun and has a 12 seat dining table, a 6 burner gas BBQ and an outdoor hot shower. The lower ground living area opens onto another deck which has bar seating for 4.

At the rear of the home is an outdoor lounge suite under a pergola and an adjoining deck with sun loungers and another outdoor hot shower. The pergola and deck overlook a mosaic tiled swimming pool which is 7 metres long, 3 metres wide and ranges in depth from 1.2 to 1.8 metres, with a 7 metre long bench seat that is 50 centimetres deep for those who wish to sit and relax in the pool. The pool has solar heating and a heat pump that operates from December to April. Surrounding the pool are native plants, landscaped gardens, bluestone paving and a 6 metre bench seat which is bathed in the afternoon sun.

Nestled in the front garden of the home is a sunny gazebo that has chairs around a fire pit.

Sandy Shores is situated on a large leafy green block. This secluded coastal haven is fully fenced and has an automatic electric gate at the front with parking for 4 cars. No street parking is available.

The home is situated within walking distance to the local shops where you can get a coffee and food. Just over 500 metres walk away is the Rye Ocean Beach and Mornington Peninsula National Park. Within a few minutes drive are a number of golf courses and it is 10 minutes to the Red Hill hinterland with its large selection of wineries.
