This cosy home is fully equipped with modern facilities while still retaining hints of a bygone era thanks to artwork and decor that give it a romantic feel.

The lounge room has luxurious seating, a wall-mounted Smart TV, wood log fire and air-conditioning. Walk through to the kitchen area with its 4 seat dining table, electric oven and stove, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher.

The Seaside Cobbler is located in one of the best positions in Rye, so you can leave the car in the driveway and walk to everything. Just around the corner from this home are the vibrant cafes and shops in the heart of Rye. From here, walk across the road to the foreshore, pier and safe swimming beach.
