The Little Distillery

The Little Distillery is a unique holiday home with its own pool and make-shift distillery, just a few minutes walk from the beach.

This home is ideal for a few couples, one or two families, or a group of friends looking to spend a relaxing getaway close to the beach.

The open plan living area is bright and airy with a set of couches in front of a large TV, a piano and dining table that seats 8. The kitchen and butler's pantry is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, double wall oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge with ice dispenser, and dishwasher.

The second living area consists of a formal lounge room with a cosy gas log fire and retro decor.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

• Bedroom 3 - two sets of single bunk beds

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Main bathroom - bath, shower, vanity unit, toilet

All linen, towels and toiletries are provided.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

The Little Distillery offers several outdoor living spaces. There is a covered alfresco area complete with a dining table and gas BBQ which overlooks an inviting solar heated swimming pool. Also overlooking the pool is a standalone games room which has been decorated in the theme of a distillery with a bar, pool table, TV and brewing equipment. The manicured and private garden surrounding this home includes additional outdoor seating and a fire pit.

A table tennis table, along with beach equipment, can be found in the garage.

Take a 5 minute stroll to the relaxing sands of Safety Beach where you can enjoy safe bay swimming in its calm waters.

A 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive away is Provincia Food Store which sells fine European food and fresh local produce, as well as drinks and coffee. Alternatively, take a 4 minute drive into the centre of Dromana which has a good selection of shops and cafes.
