The main open plan living area includes a comfortable lounge setting in front of a wall-mounted Smart TV, a round dining table that seats 10 and a fully-equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, fridge and large butler's pantry. Adjacent to this area is a study with a work desk and seating.

A second living room is located at the rear of the home, providing a relaxing space with seating and a wall-mounted TV. Movie nights are sorted with the dedicated theatre room at the front of the home offering an immersive and unforgettable viewing experience.
