Back Beach Views is a modern two storey home located within an easy walk of the beach and shops.

With living areas on both levels and each bedroom having its own private ensuite, this home is perfect for either a large family or a group of couples or friends who wish to share a single property.

Upstairs is the main living area which spans the entire length of this home. This huge air-conditioned open plan space has large windows which bathe the area in natural light. There is a comfortable lounge suite set in front of a Smart TV with Apple TV and a dining table that seats 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cookware, crockery and cutlery.

From the upstairs living area, double stacker glass doors open onto a covered balcony, complete with an outdoor couch and a table that seats 2 people. Enjoy water views over San Remo and towards Phillip Island.

Downstairs is a second living area, located at the rear of the home. This large living room has a sofa and chairs in front of a Smart TV with Apple TV. There is a cosy wood heater (bring your own wood) and a reverse-cycle air-conditioner. A sliding glass door opens onto a covered deck with a Weber BBQ and outdoor dining table.

Back Beach Views has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The rear yard of this home is fully fenced and features a fire pit (bring your own wood).

While the garage is not available for guest use, there is space to park two vehicles on the front driveway. There is space for a small vehicle behind the gate in the backyard driveway, as well as street parking.

Take a 5 minute walk to Lions Park which overlooks the back beach and has a playground, picnic and BBQ areas. A 6 minute walk will take you into the centre of San Remo with its hotels, cafes and supermarket.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
