Cliff Top Retreat

Cliff Top Retreat is a modern family holiday home with stunning water views and its own indoor pool.

At the heart of this lovely home is a bright and spacious open plan living area with floor to ceiling windows that directly overlook the water, offering fantastic views. The lounge area has a comfortable couch, 65 inch Smart TV, sound system, a selection of board and card games, wood heater (bring your own wood) and reverse-cycle air-conditioner. The adjacent meals area has a dining table which seats 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher, modern appliances and ample cookware, crockery and cutlery.

A sliding glass door from the living area opens onto an indoor BBQ room complete with a gas BBQ, sink and sun lounges. Next to the BBQ room is a solar heated indoor swimming pool which is 2.5 metres by 4.5 metres. The garage at the front of the home has been converted into a games room with a table tennis table and a seating area.

Cliff Top Retreat has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

• Master bedroom - king bed (can be converted into 2 long single beds), TV, walk-in robe, ensuite, air-conditioner, water views, direct access to deck
• Bedroom 2 - two long single beds (can be converted into a king bed), air-conditioner
• Bedroom 3 - two long single beds (can be converted into a king bed)

Please note that any bed conversions will require at least one week's notice before checking in. A cot and high chair are available if required.

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Main bathroom - vanity unit, shower, separate toilet with wash basin
• Ensuite - bath, shower, vanity unit, separate toilet

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

At the rear of the home is a large partially covered deck with seating where you can enjoy incredible 180 degree water views with French Island in the distance. The deck overlooks a terraced garden with large expanses of lawn.

There is space on the driveway for parking 3 vehicles, including a boat.

Take an 8 minute walk or one minute drive into the centre of San Remo where there are two hotels, a supermarket, cafes, restaurants and shops. Drive over the bridge to Phillip Island and explore all the amazing attractions that the island offers.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
