Perched at the top of a hill on a fully fenced 4000m² allotment, this grand home is 67 squares in size and offers exquisite accommodation for large families or a group.

Upstairs is the main open plan living area. This vast space has floor to ceiling windows which showcase the panoramic water views that this home enjoys from its elevated position. The sitting area has a sofa and a wall-mounted 65 inch Smart TV. Surrounded on three sides by windows is a dining area with a table that seats 10 people. The enormous streamline kitchen has an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, large fridge, dishwasher, butlers pantry with laundry chute and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Also on this level is a theatre room with plush seating and a 75 inch Smart TV.

From the living area, sliding glass doors open onto a large south-facing covered balcony with an outdoor lounge and dining setting. This balcony provides unparalleled views over rolling countryside towards Bass Strait and Phillip Island. At the other end of this level is a covered north-facing balcony which has bay views. Located on this balcony is a built-in Weber BBQ, kitchenette, bar fridge, wall-mounted Smart TV and an outdoor setting.

Downstairs is light-filled entrance hallway with a stunning floating wooden staircase which leads upstairs. There is a lounge room which has an L-shape sofa and wall-mounted 65 inch Smart TV.

Take a 4 minute drive into the heart of San Remo where you will find a supermarket, shops, cafes, restaurants, lovely beaches and the famous pelican feeding spot beside the jetty. Bore Beach, a sandy beach facing the open waters of Bass Strait, is a 15 minute walk from the home.
