Panorama Bay Escape is a modern two storey holiday home which boasts stunning water views from its elevated location.

The living area of this home is located upstairs. This air-conditioned open plan space is flooded with lots of natural light thanks to large windows which showcase views of the water in the distance. There is a comfortable sitting area with couches, chairs, a 72 inch Smart TV, sound system and a selection of games and reading material. The adjacent dining space has a table which seats 6 people and there is a high chair for a toddler. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, air fryer, sandwich press, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher, and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A glass sliding door from the living area opens onto a partially covered balcony with an outdoor setting and gas BBQ. Enjoy panoramic 180 degree views over San Remo towards the Phillip Island Bridge, Cape Woolamai and across Western Port to French Island. Sunsets are incredible to watch from here.

At the rear of this home is a small fenced yard. There are steps from here that lead directly to the upstairs balcony.

A lock-up garage, which has internal access to the home, provides secure parking for one car. Parking for 3 additional vehicles or a boat is available on the driveway.

Take a 10 minute walk or one minute drive to the centre of San Remo for a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. There are lovely coastal walks to explore, as well as parks and beaches. The large Phillip Island town of Cowes is a 17 minute drive from this home.

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
