The meals area has a solid wood dining table and stools under the kitchen bench. The fully equipped kitchen has a 900mm electric cooktop, 900mm electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

From the living area, step out onto the enormous semi-covered wrap around balcony which extends along the entire side and rear of the apartment. It has several outdoor settings and a gas BBQ. Enjoy views of the beach, foreshore parkland, the bridge to Phillip Island and the hills of Cape Woolamai.

The apartment sits directly above San Remo's excellent cafes and restaurants, and across the road from parkland and the beach. Watch the pelicans being fed daily, head to the jetty for fresh fish and chips, embark on a scenic cruise or fishing charter, or just enjoy a stroll along the beach.

If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
