Moulton Park Estate

Moulton Park Estate offers luxury cottage accommodation set on one hectare of beautiful grounds at the top of Moulton Hill.

There are two cottages to choose from, all with open wood fires, air-conditioning and indulgent spa baths. They can sleep up to two people each.

The cosy Gatehouse Cottage was built in 1905 and is surrounded by camellias and English box hedging. It features period furnishings, an antique stone fireplace, a formal dining room, a provincial kitchen, luxurious bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom and a separate two person spa room.

The more spacious Keepers Cottage is nestled within an English inspired garden. It has a king-size 4 poster bed, marble ensuite spa room, separate bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and an open plan lounge with polished floor boards, Persian rugs and an Edwardian fireplace.

Guests enjoy complimentary bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, tea, coffee, port and chocolates.

There is a private half-size tennis court available within the grounds for guests to use.

Moulton Park Estate are perfect as an intimate retreat, cosy getaway or memorable weekend escape. They are just a few minutes walk from the lush Dandenong Ranges National Park and the charming village of Sassafras with its cafes and interesting shops.
