Back Beach Oasis is a delightful holiday home with a large outdoor entertaining area, located within walking distance to the beach.

The spacious air-conditioned open plan lounge and dining area includes a relaxing couch, an arm chair next to a wood heater (some wood provided), a Smart TV, soundbar, Bluetooth speaker and a dining table that seats 6 people. Walk through to the fully equipped kitchen with includes an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Back Beach Oasis has 3 bedrooms, all with wall mounted electric heaters, and can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

• Bedroom 3 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top), single bed

There are 2 bathrooms.

The laundry is fully equipped with a front loader washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

A sliding door next to the kitchen leads to a huge covered entertaining deck at the rear of the home. This oasis features a 6 person covered electric spa pool, an outdoor hot shower, a dining table that seats 8 people and a Weber Family Q BBQ.

The surrounding backyard is fully fenced, providing a safe place for children to play. Located in the backyard is a double garage which has a table tennis table, TV and dart board.

At the front of the home is a covered deck with a couple of chairs that overlooks the tranquil fenced front garden. At one end of the deck is a cosy sunroom.

Space is available along the driveway in front of the garage to park up to 4 vehicles including a boat.

Take a 12 minute stroll to scenic YCW Beach where you can often see surf lessons being conducted. The local general store and cafe is within a 10 minute walk. Back Beach Oasis is conveniently located less than 1500 metres from Phillip Island's Grand Prix Circuit.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
