Irvine Retreat

Irvine Retreat is a two storey holiday home with two living areas that is located within an easy walk of the beach.

Upstairs is an air-conditioned open plan living area that is bathed in natural light thanks to large windows on three sides. There is a comfortable lounge suite, wall mounted Smart TV, a DVD player with a movie library and a dining table that seats 8 people. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Glass sliding doors at both ends of the upstairs living area open onto a large wrap around balcony. There is a central covered section with a 6 seat dining table and gas BBQ, plus additional seating for 6 people.

Downstairs is a second living room complete with couches, a TV, DVD player and a second full size fridge.

Irvine Retreat has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 9 people.

A cot and high chair are provided.

At the front of the home is a covered deck with an outdoor setting for 6 that overlooks the surrounding garden and a fire pit (bring your own wood). The entire garden is fully fenced so kids can run around safely.

The carport provides parking for two vehicles up to a height of 2.7 metres. Additional parking is available on the street.

Take a 6 minute stroll to the local general store and cafe. Walk a further 4 minutes to the iconic main beach with its large stretch of golden sand. The Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit is around 2 kilometres from this property.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
