Sandy Toes Retreat

Sandy Toes Retreat is a modern two storey holiday home with an outdoor heated spa pool, located within walking distance of the beach.

Upstairs is the main living area. This huge open plan space is air-conditioned and includes a sitting area with comfortable couches, a 56 inch Smart TV, DVD player with a 50 title movie library, and a dining table that seats 8 people. A sliding glass door opens onto a large partially covered deck with an outdoor dining table, lounge setting and gas BBQ. Enjoy glimpses of the ocean in the distance from here. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Downstairs is a second air-conditioned living room with a chaise sofa and a 40 inch TV with an Apple TV box. There is direct internal access to the garage from a door in the entrance hallway. In the garage is a charcoal BBQ with electric rotation for spit roasts.

Sandy Toes Retreat has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 15 people.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

At the rear of this home is a fully fenced yard with a large expanse of lawn, a fire pit (some wood provided to get you started) and outdoor hot shower. In the corner of the yard is a covered shelter containing a relaxing 8 seat electric heated spa pool.

There is space for parking one car in the garage and up to another 3 on the driveway.

Take an 8 minute walk to the end of the street and down the stairs down to the pristine sandy beach below. A 5 minute walk from the home is the local general store and cafe.

All of Phillip Island's major attractions are within easy reach including Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit (2 minute drive), Penguin Parade (10 minutes) and the major holiday town of Cowes with its extensive selection of shops and restaurants (7 minutes).

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
