The Dream

The Dream is a delightful split-level home which is perfect for a large or extended family looking for a beach getaway.

The main living area is located upstairs. It is an open plan space with a corner lounge suite, wood fire, Smart TV and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Sliding glass doors lead from the living area and out onto an open deck that spans two sides of the home, offering panoramic ocean views.

On the ground floor level is a second living room with a lounge suite, TV and DVD player. This area opens onto a huge deck with a stunning built-in electric heated spa bath which can seat up to 7 people. The deck wraps around to the rear of the home and has two outdoor settings.

The Dream has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 11 people.

The Dream is located within a 4 minute stroll of the local cafe and general store, and an 8 minute walk from the main beach. Motor sports lovers will appreciate that this property is located only 2 kilometres from Phillip Island's famous Grand Prix Circuit.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
