Waikiki Dream is a modern and striking two storey holiday home, set on a large block and offering water views.

Upstairs is an open plan living area that is bathed in natural light with large windows that capture views of the ocean in the distance. This space has reverse-cycle air-conditioning, a wood fire, a comfortable sitting area with a TV and DVD player, and a dining table that seats 8. The fully equipped kitchen has an island bench, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, rice cooker, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. From the lounge area, a sliding door opens onto a deck with sun loungers where you can enjoy views of the ocean. From the kitchen, a door opens onto another deck that has a large dining table and gas BBQ.

Downstairs is a second air-conditioned living area with a lounge suite, TV and large windows which overlook the front garden.

Waikiki Dream has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 11 people.

In the garage is a table tennis table and space to securely store motorcycles.

The backyard is fully fenced and landscaped, with a large expanse of grass for kids to play. The long driveway provides parking for several cars and a boat.

Take a 5 minute walk from Waikiki Dream to the local general store and cafe. An 8 minute walk will take you to either YCW Beach or the main beach. The Grand Prix Circuit, which stages a number of major racing events, is only 2 kilometres from this property.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
