Cityside on Whiteman is a modern and stylish apartment situated within a few minutes walk of Southbank's waterfront precinct.

Spanning 90m², this apartment has been furnished to ensure it is a very comfortable home away from home for guests.

The open plan living area is bathed in natural light and includes a lounge suite in front of a 55 inch TV with free Netflix and an Amazon Stick. There is a 4 seat dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher.

A sliding glass door from the living area opens onto a sunny north facing balcony that offers views of the city, overlooking Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre and Crown Melbourne.

Cityside on Whiteman has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 people.

All linen, towels, toiletries, washing and cleaning products are supplied. A portacot and highchair is available for a small fee - please bring your own cot linen.

Cityside on Whiteman is located within the Rivergarden Condos building with a security entrance. Enjoy use of the communal facilities which include an indoor heated pool, tennis courts (racquets and balls provided), a gymnasium and a lovely garden area with outdoor furniture and BBQs.

Take a 5 minute walk to the Yarra River and stroll along the riverfront promenade which is home to the casino complex, restaurants and shops. Cross one of the many bridges across the river and you will be right in Melbourne's CBD.

A tram stop is conveniently located at the front of the apartment building, providing quick and easy transport into Melbourne's city centre. The tram line extends to St Kilda and Port Melbourne on the bay, and also to Melbourne's inner suburbs including Carlton, Fitzroy and Richmond.

Nightly rates are based on a stay of 7 nights. Lower nightly rates apply for longer stays while higher nightly rates apply for shorter stays.

Minimum stays:
For stays within the next 30 days - 3 nights.
For stays 30 to 90 days from now - 7 nights.
For stays more than 90 days from now - 28 nights.
Even if booked within 30 days, Christmas, Australian Open and Grand Prix stays have a 7 night minimum.
