489Espy is a luxuriously appointed 3 storey home, located directly opposite the beach with fabulous water views.

This relaxing beachside getaway has plenty of space and is fully equipped, making it perfect for guests to unwind and enjoy a coastal holiday, whether it's for a weekend or an extended stay.

The main living area is located on the middle level. This open plan space features polished timber floorboards, a huge wall-mounted Smart TV, comfortable couches and a dining table that seats 8. The kitchen and adjoining butlers pantry includes an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee pod machine (pods supplied), fridge, dishwasher and an assortment of appliances, crockery and glassware.

A wall of folding glass doors in this living area opens onto a spacious balcony. Enjoy mesmerising water views from this sunny space which has an outdoor setting and Weber BBQ.

The entire top level of this home is dedicated to the master bedroom, while the bottom level has two other bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry.

While there is a staircase between each level, a private elevator is also available for guest use.

This home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

489Espy is located across the road from the foreshore walking track which runs parallel to the beach. Take an easy 5 minute stroll to the local supermarket, shops, cafes, St Leonards Hotel and the iconic pier.
