Step through the front door into an air-conditioned open plan living area complete with a sofa, TV and dining table. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine and fridge.

The surf beach at Ocean Grove and historic Queenscliff are both a 20 minute drive away. For a vast array of shopping and dining options, a 25 minute drive will take you into the heart of Geelong.
