Pental House is a spectacular river view property, set on 40 hectares of Mallee farmland.

This charming and classic two storey homestead offers true spacious living. There are two large living areas with recliner lounge chairs, dining tables, TV with Netflix and free Wi-Fi. The fully-equipped country-style kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a butlers pantry, double refrigerator, slow cooker, sandwich press, Nespresso coffee pod machine (pods supplied), cookware, crockery and utensils.

This home has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people, making it ideal for friends, families or small groups.

Everything is provided for a memorable country escape. Relax in the 6 person hot spa, sit and enjoy the views from the spectacular wide verandah with recliner chairs, enjoy long walks, or just relax by the cosy wood fire. The property has direct access to the river, so you can try some fishing or kayaking. A two person kayak and life jackets are provided.

There are large open grass areas surrounding the home, perfect for sporting activities or for children to play.

Pental House is located on an inland island, bounded by the Murray River, Little Murray River and Loddon River. It is just over 10 minutes drive from the centre of Swan Hill where you will find hotels, restaurants, supermarkets and retail shopping.
