This stunning two storey holiday home has several living and entertaining spaces, making it the ideal retreat for an extended family or group who want to stay together, but also providing a degree of privacy with separate living areas that can be closed off.

Downstairs is a lounge room with an open fireplace, a TV and large windows which overlook the front garden. Next to the lounge room is a children's play room complete with toys, games and books, as well as a work desk for adults. At the rear of the home is an open plan living area with a ¾ pool table and a kitchen fully equipped with an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge and other appliances. This open plan living area opens directly onto the BBQ area outside. Next to the kitchen is a dining room with a table that seats 8 people. Also on this level are two bedrooms, a bathroom, powder room and a large laundry equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

Stairs in the foyer lead to an upstairs lounge area with a kitchenette and a sofa. A further two bedrooms and a bathroom are located on this level.

This home has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 12 people with many configurations to suit a family or group of friends.

Central Fischer is located on a large 1300m² block and is set well back from the street. It has a large circular driveway with off-street parking for up to 6 vehicles or a boat.

The securely fenced backyard has a vegetable garden, fruit trees, paved areas, lawn and a trampoline for children. There is an above ground lily pond and water feature next to the built-in gas BBQ. On the top landing are well established ornamental pear trees which provide shade and give the area a Mediterranean feel.

Take a 15 minute walk to beautiful Whites Beach with its extensive sands and grassy foreshore with walking tracks and a playground. Take a 2 minute drive to The Dunes Village which is a local shopping centre with a Woolworths supermarket, food outlets and other shops.

Central Fischer is an excellent base for exploring all that this part of Victoria offers. Visit the Bellarine Peninsula, take a 20 minute drive to Geelong, or explore the Great Ocean Road which officially starts at Torquay.
