Yea Springs

Yea Springs consists of two brand new, modern and spacious residences, nestled in a rural location on 2 beautiful hectares, just 5 minutes drive from the town centre of Yea.

Both residences - known as Wattleseed and Ironbark - are of the same size and layout, comfortably able to accommodate and sleep up to 4 people each. They are perfect for one or two couples sharing a single residence, or a group of up to 8 people taking both.

Each well appointed residence includes:

• Two bedrooms with full wardrobes, ceiling fans, quality linen and bedding
• A fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, hotplates, fridge, half-drawer dishwasher, rangehood, microwave, pantry and quality cooking equipment
• Spacious open plan lounge and dining area with satellite TV and highly effective split system air-conditioning
• Cleverly designed bathroom area with separate toilet
• An outdoor covered timber deck

The only difference between the two residences is the second bedroom. Ironbark has a queen bed while Wattleseed has two king singles.

Native wildlife that is at home on the property includes koalas, kangaroos, wombats, echidnas and kookaburras.

There is a fully formed walking track which leads to the top of the hill at the rear of the property. Enjoy magnificent 360 degree views of the Goulburn River Valley, the Strathbogie Ranges and the surrounding hills and countryside.

Staying at Yea Springs is great for cyclists wanting to ride Australia's longest rail trail - the Great Victorian Rail Trail - which runs from Tallarook all the way to Mansfield. Directly access the trail from the front of the property.

Yea Springs makes a perfect weekend getaway for cycling, relaxing or sightseeing. Visit nearby wineries, sample local cuisine at country pubs, take a 45 minute drive to Lake Eildon or simply explore the scenic countryside. All this, just over 100 kilometres from the city centre of Melbourne.

Prices based on two people per residence. Extra guests $30 per person (maximum of 4 per residence). Minimum stay is 2 nights*.
