Schoolhouse by the Bay is a character-filled two storey apartment, located just a short walk from the beach and minutes from central Geelong.

This apartment is part of the former historic North Geelong Primary School which has been converted into a complex of 15 tastefully refurbished apartments. It sits at the rear of the property and has its own private yard.

Step through the ground floor entry door into a light-filled open plan living area with warm timber flooring and split-system heating and cooling for year round comfort. There is a sitting area with comfortable couches and chairs, a TV, dining table and a collection of reading material, board games and kids toys. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, pizza maker, coffee maker and fridge.

Schoolhouse by the Bay has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 5 people. All beds have quality mattresses and pillows for all preferences.

A sliding glass door from the living area opens onto a north-facing and fully fenced yard, providing a private space to relax. There is an expansive deck with a gas BBQ, established trees and small section of lawn.

Off street vehicle parking is provided.

Schoolhouse by the Bay is located in the quiet suburb of Rippleside, just around the corner from several eateries and 3 kilometres from the centre of Geelong with its extensive shopping and dining precincts. From the apartment, take a 4 minute walk to the end of the street where you will find St Helens Park. This scenic park with its large expanse of grass, playground and picnic tables, overlooks a lovely sandy beach and jetty.

Public transport access is excellent. A bus stop is located just 50 metres from the apartment, while North Geelong railway station is 150 metres away.
