Wyreema Cottage

Wyreema Cottage is a classic Edwardian home, located just around the corner from the vibrant Pakington Street dining and shopping precinct.

This gorgeous character-filled cottage is decorated with quirky features and fascinating artwork. Soaring ceilings, stained-glass accents and pine flooring highlight its heritage era.

Coming off the entry hallway is a formal lounge room with two couches, a TV and collection of reading material. On the other side of the hallway is a separate dining room with a table that seats 6 people and a fire place. The adjacent compact kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker, coffee pod machine and fridge.

Wyreema Cottage has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

• Bedroom 1 - double bed, cot
• Bedroom 2 - queen bed
• Bedroom 3 - queen bed, a collection of toys and games for kids

There is one bathroom.

• Main bathroom - shower over bath, vanity unit, toilet

All linen, towels and basic toiletries are supplied.

The laundry is located within an outbuilding in the backyard and includes a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities. A separate toilet is attached to the laundry.

The fully fenced north facing backyard has an expanse of lawn, a gas BBQ and areas of seating shaded by umbrellas. There is a lovely sitting area on the front verandah where you can relax and watch the world go by.

Wyreema Cottage is situated just steps from the popular multicultural melting pot of Pakington Street with its restaurants, hotels, fashion stores and gift shops. A 2 minute walk from the cottage will take you to a Woolworths supermarket. The city centre of Geelong and its waterfront precinct is less than 2 kilometres away.
