Kahakai

Kahakai is a two storey beach house with two living areas and panoramic ocean views.

The upstairs living area is a bright open plan space with air-conditioning and floor tiling. There is a sumptuous lounge suite in front of a wall mounted TV with Foxtel channels and a DVD player. The dining area has a table which seats 6 people and there are stools under the kitchen bench. The well equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A sliding glass door from the upstairs living area opens onto a partially covered deck with a BBQ which extends along two sides of the home. It provides a lovely sheltered place to relax, have a meal or enjoy in the stunning water views which extend over Sunderland Bay and towards Pyramid Rock.

Downstairs is a second living room which has a wall mounted heater, a comfortable lounge suite, TV, DVD player and a dining table that seats 6 people. There is a kitchenette with a sink, microwave and fridge.

Access between each level of this home is via an external staircase. There is no internal access between floors.

Kahakai has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

A cot and high chair are provided.

The laundry is equipped with a front load washing machine and ironing facilities.

In the backyard is a garage which has been converted into a games room. It contains a fold-up table tennis table and a dart board.

The beach is only a short walk away. Take a 4 minute stroll to Surfies Point and then climb down the stairs onto the beautiful sandy beach.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
