Surfers Rest is an architecturally designed home that oozes in style and sophistication. It offers distant water views and is located within easy walking distance of the beach.

This family-friendly home spans two levels on a sloping allotment, consisting of multiple living areas spread across both the ground floor level and basement level.

At the heart of this stunning home is a spacious open plan living area that is flooded with natural light. It featuring American oak flooring, a soaring ceiling and stylish finishes throughout. A large couch is situated in front of a 76 inch wall-mounted Smart TV and a cosy wood heater (some wood provided to get you started). There is a selection of card and board games, books and magazines to keep guests occupied. In the adjoining dining area is a table that seats 8 people. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry and is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

At the rear of the home is a large rumpus room complete with a pool table, wall-mounted TV and seating.

The basement level consists of another living area with a foosball table, a bathroom and a bedroom. It provides direct access to the garage which has a table tennis table. There is a paved area in front of the garage with a basketball ring.

Surfers Rest has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 14 people.

Ducted heating and cooling throughout the living areas and bedrooms on the ground floor ensures comfort year round.

Ample on-site parking is provided within the triple garage and on the driveway. Additional room along the side of the home can be used for boat parking with no height restrictions.

Sliding and stacker doors from the living area and central hallway provide access to a huge outdoor deck that extends along the entire length of the home, providing a mix of covered and open spaces. On the deck is an outdoor dining setting that seats 10 people along with a gas BBQ, bar fridge and bench space. Enjoy scenic water views across Swan Bay in the distance from this outdoor living area. The surrounding private garden is beautifully landscaped and includes several sitting areas and a fire pit.

An 8 minute walk through residential streets will take you down onto the sands of spectacular Surf Beach. For extensive shopping and dining options, both Cowes and San Remo are a 9 minute drive from the home.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
