Surf Mist at Surf Beach is a modern two storey holiday home with panoramic water views.

The main living area is located on the upper level. It is air-conditioned and consist of a large open plan space with a comfortable lounge setting, 55 inch Smart TV and 6 seat dining table. A sliding glass door opens onto large covered balcony, complete with a 6 seat dining table and an outdoor couch, where you can enjoy delightful bay and rural views. The kitchen includes a 5 burner gas cooktop, 900mm electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher, walk-in pantry and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Downstairs is a rumpus room with a sofa, 55 inch Smart TV, books, games, wood heater and reverse-cycle air-conditioner. A central hallway leads to the double garage which has a table tennis table and couch.

Surf Mist at Surf Beach has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 12 people.

This overlooks a fully fenced backyard with a spring-free trampoline, hot outdoor shower and an area of lawn. In the corner of the yard is a wood fired pizza oven with seating and a shade umbrella.

Parking is available for 4 to 5 vehicles and a boat on the driveway.

The sandy surf beach is an easy 8 minute walk from this home. Take a 9 minute drive to either Cowes or San Remo for all your shopping and dining needs.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
