Upstairs is a large open plan living area. This air-conditioned space includes a comfortable corner couch, a TV and cosy Coonara wood heater. In the dining area is a table which seats 10 people. The fully equipped kitchen has a 6 burner gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, large fridge, dishwasher, pantry and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A sliding glass door in the upstairs living area opens onto a partially covered front deck with a dining table and a gas BBQ. Enjoy glimpses of the water from this relaxing spot.

Swan Bay Views has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 13 people.

Less than a 10 minute walk from this property is the sandy surf beach.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
