Housed in a former warehouse built in 1860, the museum features exhibitions depicting life during the goldrush era. The museum is part of The Warehouse - a community centre which also includes a library, exhibition and information centre.

Lee Medlyn Home of Bottles
Lee Medlyn Home of Bottles

Located in the former South Clunes School building, the museum showcases one of the largest collections of rare and unusual bottles in Australia. There are thousands of bottles on display, some dating back to the district's gold rush days.

Tramway Heritage Centre
Tramway Heritage Centre

Located south of Kilmore at Bylands, this is Victoria's original tramway museum. See preserved tramway fleets that once rode the streets of Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat, Adelaide and Sydney. As well as horse, cable and electric trams, there is also a collection of historic Melbourne buses.
