Covering almost 13,000 hectares, this park encompasses the McIvor Range and Mount Ida. It includes large old tree sites, fauna refuges, Aboriginal cultural sites and the largest remaining Box-Ironbark forest in Victoria.
This studio and exhibition space features a range of paintings, prints and drawings by local artists. The venue also hosts concerts, theatrical events and poetry readings.
A 50 kilometre walking and cycling trail between Bendigo's Lake Weeroona and Heathcote, via the town of Axedale. It passes through areas of native woodland and wildflowers, with a causeway across Lake Eppalock.
